RO Housing
Updated on September 3, 2025
RO Housing is a protective casing used in Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems to hold and secure RO membranes. It ensures proper water flow through the membrane, prevents leaks, and protects the membrane from physical damage. RO housings are typically made from durable plastic or stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance.
Specification:
• Standard 12-inch Housing: 1/8" female threaded connections, suitable for standard
1812/2012 membranes up to 150 GPD.
• 4040 FRP Housing: May have a cyclic test of 100,000 cycles, a burst pressure of 6 times
the working pressure, and be suitable for pH 3-11.
• Stainless Steel Housing: May have a pressure rating from 300psi to 1200psi.
